Precision CNC machiningIn recent years the need for more sophisticated 3, 4 and 5-axis work has prompted Elimetal to create an Advanced Machining Department for precision CNC machining to complement the existing EDM Wire and Sinking Departments. Elimetal attributes its success and growth in recent years to the creation and continuing expansion of this precision CNC machining department.
Our precision CNC machining department has vertical 4, 5 and 6-axis machining centers with a capacity of x-94”, y-41”, z-45” as well as full 4-axis horizontal machining centers. Our precision CNC machining and turning centers include 3-axis lathes that offer "C" axis machining as well as sub-spindel with a chuck diameter of 10", a swing over bed of 22" adn a swing over saddle of 18", a turning diameter of 14" with a turning length of 24", allow us a range of precision CNC machining capabilities
