Elimetal’s Sinking EDM machining Department is equipped with a total of five machines capable of full 5-axis CNC work, with the largest machine travel being X –20” Y –16” Z – 20” supporting work piece size of 44” x 32” x 18” using our standard tank.

With the addition of our extended tanks these machines can accommodate much larger pieces and are capable of simple plunging operations or more intricate multi directional tasks that are usually not possible using conventional methods.
