Wire EDM machiningElimetal’s Wire EDM machining Department is the single most comprehensive in Canada. Our Wire EDM machining department is equipped with 12 Charmilles & Mitsubishi machines. All machines are 5-axis capable, with the largest machine travel being X-30” Y-20” Z-26” supporting work piece size of 30” x 51” x 26” and up to 8,000 lbs. Our wire EDM machining processes allow us to cut work pieces up to 26" in height as well as utilizing wire diameters as small as .003" for micro-machining applications.
